After a lengthy online research, I located his product for my needs. I was able to email his business questions regarding a specific quantity of an order for custom boxes and he was very timely to respond to EVERY communication. Whatever the question, he was always willing to answer.

Mr. Wisser has a vast product line and numerous options for customization to make your invitation dreams or product packaging come true. After a few emails, which lead to a price quote, then the PayPal invoice, next the product was produced. His production time is quite fast! My order was for two custom (velvet/box) pieces only. From the first email to his company in Thailand, then on to the DHL carrier delivering at my door in Alabama, it was all completed within two weeks. In fact, the shipping arrived one day ahead of schedule…A delight and pleasure. Surely, if you have a larger/Bulk order, I am very confident he and his dedicated staff are capable of delivering on time.

I did make a tiny change to my order after the initial approval, but we were able to work out the details. My two boxes are luxurious, exquisite and I am VERY HAPPY AMERICAN CUSTOMER!!!

Obviously anyone might be skeptical of working with any company online and especially so far away/overseas. However, rest assured, working with Dennis, you will not be disappointed. He is indeed a busy person and gives 110% effort to satisfy his clients. I look forward to working with him again for my next custom two box set. LG/Alabama USA
